We do not accept returns unless the products supplied are faulty or damaged upon receipt or incorrectly fulfilled by us.

If your goods are damaged or faulty, then please email us at with pictures of the damage within 3 days of the receipt of your parcel together with your order number. We will replace your product at no further charge.

If we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, then please contact us at with details of the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence with us.
